Meet Hema
Hi, I’m Hema Natarajan! My mission is to empower individuals navigating life’s demands to regain balance, vitality, and sustained energy through Ayurveda. As a certified Ayurvedic Health Counselor with over 600 hours of training from Kerala Ayurveda, I specialize in helping individuals optimize digestive health, support metabolic balance, and recover from burnout.
My journey blends a unique combination of expertise: an Engineering degree, an MBA from the University of Washington, and two decades of leadership in the tech industry. Navigating the demands of a fast-paced career with a young family taught me firsthand the importance of holistic self-care. Now, through Sangam Ayurveda, I’m excited to share these ancient tools that transformed my health and energy with others who face similar challenges.

Sangam Ayurveda was born from my own journey to overcome burnout while managing the demands of a high-stress career. What began as a search for balance led me to discover Ayurveda's profound wisdom—not just a quick solution, but a comprehensive approach to lasting wellness. As Ayurveda showed me how our bodies have an innate ability to heal and that nutrition plays a fundamental role in wellness, I experienced profound improvements in my energy and metabolic health. This led me to dedicate myself to sharing these proven principles with others seeking genuine, sustainable well-being.
